| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Donald Miller, P.S.M., of RWA, Inc., representing WCI Communities, LLC, owner, requested approval of the replat of 23.69 acres, more or less, to create 2 lots and 4 tracts of property located within the Arborwood Development of Regional Impact, northwest of the intersection of Commerce Lakes Drive and Arbor Trace Drive.
An outside engineering firm reviewed the replat for the City, which service is required to be paid for by the applicant. Denis J. O'Connell, Jr., P.S.M., Metron Surveying & Mapping, LLC, found the plat to be consistent with the Land Development Code, Chapter 130, Subdivisions and Florida Statutes, Chapter 177. Staff recommends approval and finds the plat to be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Code.
