WHAT ACTION ACCOMPLISHES:  Replats 54.12 acres, more or less, to create 6 parcels and four 4 tracts for access and utilities.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

Trudi Williams, TKW Consulting Engineers, representing Colonial Extension 322, LLC, owner, requested approval to replat 54.12 acres, more or less, to create six (6) parcels and four (4) tracts for access and utilities, one parcel will be developed as an apartment complex, and five (5) parcels are for future commercial development.

 

An outside engineering firm reviewed the replat for the City, which service is required to be paid by the applicant.  Richard M. Ritz, R.L.S., Registered Land Surveyor, Banks Engineering, Inc., found the plat to be consistent with the Land Development Code, Chapter 130, Subdivisions, and Florida Statutes, Chapter 177.  Plats are not reviewed by the Planning Board.  Staff recommends approval and finds the replat to be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Code.
