| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
City Manager Kazemi acknowledges the need to recognize the loyalty and dedication of the City's long-term employees. The Years of Service Program provides the recognition deserved with years of service pins, certificates of appreciation and gift cards. Employees reaching a milestone year of 15, 20, and 25 years during the period April 1, 2018 through March 31, 2019, are being recognized today. Employees reaching 5 and 10 year milestones will be recognized during the May 20th Council meeting.
Employees are eligible according to the following guidelines:
- All full-time and part-time employees are eligible to receive a service award upon completion of five (5) years of service and at the end of every additional five (5) years of service
- Service does not have to be continuous to count toward service credit for the award
